NEWCO provides a variety of brewers which can change the flavor profile of coffee. Cafe Barista brewing technology controls the three vital aspects of the coffee brewing recipe:  water temperature, water volume and water contact time. Cafe Barista opens up a new world of flavor profile control by allowing you to select two different settings, and you can brew into two different size vessels and/or two different strengths with the same machine.

The digital display allows you to adjust the time, pre-infusion, pulse-brewing, water volume, and water temperature at the touch of a button. Cafe Barista brewers greatly enhance account profitability by allowing two different beverages to be brewed on a single unit while dramatically reducing installation time.

The Barista control panel also monitors water filtration, power conservation and coffee freshness, and signals the end of a brew cycle with an audible signal. A service indicator light eliminates some emergencies with simple to fix error messages. Barista Technology, only from Newco.

Cafe Barista
Cafe Barista systems are useful for brew volumes less than a gallon. These systems are available as 120 volt (designated with the "180" code) or 240 volt single phase (designated with the "350" code). Modular construction allows you to choose the appropriate clearance for dispensers.

Commercial Barista
Commercial Barista systems are most useful for one to two gallon batches of coffee. These systems are available only in 120/240 volt, single phase and may be specified with an automated bypass for precise extraction control. Modular construction allows appropriate clearance for 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 gallon dispensers, as well as 3.8 and 5.0 liter models (short or tall).
